[ At around ten in the morning on Valentine's Day, Yuuri will definitely feel obvious lovey-dovey feelings through the link that makes it a lot more obvious who the sender is. If he listens closely enough, he might be able to hear the almost loud sounds of a racing heartbeat and the feeling of a warm summer breeze that follows through.

And even though Inaba tends to pour in what seems to be confidence and pride, there seems to be an awkward meekness behind it, her voice pitched higher than normal as she manages to speak. ]

... Hey, Yuuri. You're not busy today, are you? I was wondering if maybe we could just [ "go on a date" but she doesn't say that ] hang out. Or something. Since it's Valentine's Day and all.

[swirlied]

[ He feels the nervousness through the connection, and he's sure that some of his own seeps through too. ]

No, I'm not busy. Is there anywhere you wanna go? [ This is the first time he's actually ever had a Valentine, and he has no idea what to do. ]

[dereban]

That's good.

[ There's definitely a bit of a sigh of relief, her nerves eventually disappearing into an excitement as warm as summer. ]

Somewhere that would be a good dating spot... I know you've had to drop me off several times, but. Did you want to come visit me at my place?

[swirlied]

Ah... your place? Is that okay?

[ It has him a little nervous, but if she wants to go there, then he doesn't mind. They've hung out at his place before, but he has roommates. It's different. ]

[dereban]

You don't want to?

[ If this wasn't voice, she'd be pouting right now. But it's rather easy to tell that she is, a little, by the slight disappointment in her voice. ]

[ He shakes his head, even though she can't see him right now. ]

No, no! That's not what I mean. [ And Yuuri pauses, trying to gather his thoughts. ] I've just... never really gone to a girl's house, you know?

[dereban]

Well, it's pretty much the same as any other person's house, you know? And it's not like I"m going to kill you or anything.

[swirlied]

Ah... that's true. I'll be there soon.

[ And just as he says, about twenty minutes later he's knocking on the door. ]

[dereban]

[ And when he knocks on the door, Inaba eventually opens the door still in her pajamas, part of her hair tied into a side braid. Her cheeks are slightly red, but there's a reason for it. Since it's just a little embarrassing, her gaze shifts away from Yuuri, but this is what she's decided. ]

Y-Yo...

[swirlied]

[ He's already nervous enough, but when she opens the door his face immediately turns a deep shade of red. ]

H-Hey. Did I get here too early? I... I can wait out here if you want.

[dereban]

Y-You didn't. I just... since you were coming... I wanted to wear something a little. Was it too much?

[ She's blushing but now she's peering up to look at him in the eye, noting his red cheeks. ]

[swirlied]

[ He shakes his head. ]

N-No it's not. [ And he glances away from her. ] You look cute.

[dereban]

You really think so?

[ But she wants him to look at her more, so she'll take a few steps closer to him, grabbing Yuuri by the arm as she presses her body against him. ]

I did it all for you, so... it makes me happy when you say that.

[swirlied]

[ The air around him heats up, reacting to his embarrassment as she gets closer. ]

I'm... I'm glad to hear that.

[dereban]

Really?

[ Inaba's eyes widen ever so slightly out of surprise, her lips parting somewhat in a slight gasp before she decides to bury her head in his shoulder. ]

It's really embarrassing for me to say, you know. And to do this much... it's also embarrassing.

[swirlied]

[ He smiles, bringing up his hand to rest it lightly on her shoulder. ]

I appreciate it though. You didn't have to but... I'm glad you're thinking of me.

[ And it's his turn to blush again, embarrassed to even say that much. ]

[dereban]

[ She raises her head a little bit, looking at him directly before her gaze shifts away. Okay, yeah, this is definitely more than a little embarrassing. And it shows in the bubble hearts that start to appear around her. ]

I... I'm glad. [ Anyway. She should take a step back first. ] You should come inside, though. Did you want me to make you some tea?

[swirlied]

[ He nods. ]

Yeah, if you don't mind making some.

[dereban]

I don't.

[ At the very least, Inaba is earnest about this point as she takes steps further into her own apartment; it's very clean and it's obvious that she takes care of it. It even looks modern, as there's a hallway that leads into a rather spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with a staircase that leads into her room. ]

You don't mind green tea, do you? It's the only one I have that's not... emotion related.

[swirlied]

Green tea is just fine.

[ And he follows her to the kitchen, occasionally pausing to take a look around. Her home is actually a lot like how he'd imagined it. ]

[dereban]

Alright.

[ She'll definitely be going right on ahead and making tea for the both of them; it's a rather plain and simple thing to do, so all she has to do is pour it out, placing it on the table. ] Anyway, go ahead and have a seat, if you don't mind.

[swirlied]

Yeah, I'll do that.

[ And he moves back into the living room, taking a seat on the couch. He's a little nervous about being here still, but it feels just like always for the most part. ]

[dereban]

H-- Here.

[ She'll just set the cups of tea on the table before taking a seat next to him. ]

Let me know how it is. [ Damn it. It's hard to start up a conversation. ] Also, ah... what do you think? Of my place. I wasn't completely sure how to design it, so I just went simple.

[swirlied]

I like it a lot. It's actually kinda how I imagined it.

[ He takes a sip of the tea, smiling at her. ]

The tea's great, by the way.

[dereban]

Really?

[ Inaba's eyes widen ever so slightly, her cheeks flushing a bit. ]

That makes me kind of happy... [ Her lips curve into a slight smile before she finds herself gasping. ] Not that I would be mad if you didn't like it-!! I just... Uuu. I'm glad you like the tea, though.
