[Shockingly, there's a small gift waiting on the kitchen table for whenever Yuuri is around. It's a plainly wrapped box with matching plain-looking chocolate inside, because that's as much as Yuuri deserves when he's still In Trouble. Maybe it's preferred over the supposed clam-shaped chocolate from last year, huh?

There's a note under the box, on some nice, cream paper and with Wolfram's elegant writing on it.]

Don't think you're off the hook just because of this, but I know human holidays are important to you. Happy Valentine's Day.





And you better not celebrate with anyone else!

[ Yuuri's a little nervous opening the box, not sure what he would fine. He breathes a small sigh of relief when he sees that it's just plain chocolate. That clam was really a little much last year...

But Yuuri knows he should thank Wolfram for this, especially since he really didn't expect to get anything from him this year. Since he's not sure Wolfram is actually in the house, he uses the telepathic link. ]

Hey, Wolfram. Thanks for the chocolates.

[Well, if Yuuri does get back on Wolfram's good side, maybe he'll get an even bigger chocolate clam next year! Use that as your motivation.

A minute passes before Wolfram responds; he is out and about, but he won't follow up so quickly unless 1) it's an emergency or 2) Yuuri's in a sudden mood to sign some marriage documents.]

Hmph! You should be thankful.

[ That's a typical response, and Yuuri's secretly glad for it. And in the time it's taken for Wolfram to respond, he's already started eating some of the chocolate. ]

I am. I actually didn't expect you to give me anything... The chocolate's really good, by the way.

Why wouldn't I give my fiance anything?

[Maybe don't answer that one literally...]

[ He's just going to avoid answering that one! ]

No. Is that another human holiday?

Yeah. It's like... the sequel to Valentine's Day, I guess. The people who get chocolate give a return gift a month later.

[Wait! So then that means...hold on a few extra seconds, Wolfram is going to buy ten calendars and write down date reminders in multiple places.]

Of course, that makes sense.

Usually it's something small, but still nice.
